DEPUTY CONSTABLE No Felony Convictions of any type. UTAH P.O.S.T Certification - Special Functions. (Minimum) Must be a United States citizen. Must be at least 21 years old. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Must be able to carry a firearm while on duty. Must be of Good Moral Character	SWORN POSITION
PROCESS SERVER No Felony Convictions of any type. Must be a United States citizen. Must be at least 21 years old. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Must have Reliable Transportation. Must be of Good Moral Character Must have a Good Credit Rating with No Bankruptcy
